Today, we combine traditional wet market expertise with digital logistics to deliver high-quality fresh food β including pork, poultry, seafood, and vegetables β to over 500 households daily across Singapore.
As we continue to expand our e-commerce presence, we are looking for a Business Development Executive (E-Commerce / Digital Sales) to drive growth across our online platforms.
Role Overview
You will take ownership of our e-commerce and marketplace channels, driving growth through campaign planning, data analysis, and product/category optimisation.
This is a numbers-driven role with strategic exposure β ideal for someone who enjoys identifying trends, planning campaigns, and scaling what works.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $3,400 β $4,000/month
- Bonus: Guaranteed 13th month bonus

Job Description
π E-Commerce & Marketplace Management
- Manage platforms: Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Grab, Foodpanda, TikTok Shop
- Plan and execute campaigns (flash sales, bundles, vouchers)
- Set up product listings, pricing, and backend configurations
π¦ Product Category Management & Demand Planning
- Monitor performance of key categories (e.g. poultry, seafood, ready-to-cook items)
- Identify sales trends and customer demand patterns
- Conduct forecasting to guide stock planning and replenishment
- Work with operations to minimise wastage and maximise sell-through
π Sales Performance & Optimisation
- Track AOV, orders/day, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Optimise pricing, bundles, and promotions
- Improve overall channel performance and efficiency
π― Campaign Planning & Growth
- Research customer behaviour, trends, and competitor activity
- Ideate and propose:
- Campaign concepts and mechanics
- Product launches and bundles
- Seasonal promotions and partnerships
- Execute cross-platform campaigns aligned with business goals
π₯ Livestream & Channel Growth
- Plan and execute livestream campaigns across marketplaces and brand-owned channels
- Coordinate with external streamers and partners
- Support development of in-house livestream capabilities
- Analyse performance and optimise content and conversion
Who Weβre Looking For
- 0β3 years experience (fresh grads welcome)
- Strong with numbers, Excel, and data analysis
- Detail-oriented and structured
- Interest in e-commerce, food, or FMCG
- Bonus:
