Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

• Generate leads and identify potential residential customers in assigned areas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Conduct door\-to\-door visits, area mapping, and local promotions to create awareness of broadband services.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Present product features, plans, and benefits to prospective customers clearly and persuasively.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Close sales deals and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Coordinate with backend teams to ensure smooth installation and activation of services.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Address basic customer queries and support the customer through the sales process.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/p><\/li>

• Submit daily reports on visits, leads, conversions, and pipeline status.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

• Participate in promotional activities, local events, and roadshows to boost brand visibility.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • 0\u20132 years of experience in field sales, preferably in telecom/broadband/DTH/FMCG.
    Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Energetic, target\-driven, and comfortable working in the field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Local area knowledge and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Basic computer knowledge for reporting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Owning a two\-wheeler and valid driving license is an advantage.
