Responsibilities:
<\/h3>- Generate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, emails, and online platforms
<\/li> - Identify potential clients and requirements in the US Staffing industry
<\/li> - Build and maintain client relationships
<\/li> - Coordinate with recruitment teams for requirement fulfillment
<\/li> - Follow up with clients regarding submissions and interviews
<\/li> - Maintain daily reports and CRM/trackers
<\/li> - Learn US Staffing processes, technologies, and recruitment workflow
