Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive helps expand Company’s distribution network, partnerships, and retail channels across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Partnerships

  • Identify and secure new B2B partners: convenience stores, supermarkets, cafés, hotels, attractions, retailers, distributors, and export partners
  • Pitch Company’s brands and products to corporate partners
  • Negotiate pricing, trading terms, and supply agreements
  • Support onboarding of new merchants for company machines/programs

Account Management

  • Maintain relationships with existing partners and distributors
  • Ensure product availability, merchandising, and promotion execution
  • Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Channel Expansion
  • Grow presence in SG/MY/VN convenience channels (7-Eleven, FamilyMart, GS25, CU)
  • Support entry into new export markets
  • Identify strategic collaborations with malls, landlords, and lifestyle partners

Project Support

  • Assist in organizing sampling events, roadshows, exhibitions, and partnerships
  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams for smooth operations

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of sales or BD experience (FMCG, retail, F&B preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel when required
