Business Development Executive/Manager

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.<\/span>

  • Present company products/services and assist in proposal and pricing discussions.<\/span>

  • Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions and closures.<\/span>

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.<\/span>

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding.\nMaintain accurate sales records and reports in CRM systems.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, or a related role within the IT / Web Hosting / Cloud industry.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong understanding of the IT sales cycle and ability to identify business needs.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Self\-motivated, results\-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong negotiation, problem\-solving, and critical\-thinking skills.<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to meet deadlines and targets consistently.<\/span>
