Business Development Executive (Medical Equipment) (Thailand)

Accountabilities:


  • Business Development
    • Assist the Business Development Manager in gathering market intelligence and analyzing data to identify new business opportunities
    • Monitor and report project progress and updates to management
    • Coordinate pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities for new products
    • Promote and introduce new products to potential customers during the launch phase
    Marketing
    • Collaborate with internal teams, especially the sales team, to execute promotional plans
    • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to organize promotional activities such as conferences and workshops
    • Design marketing materials and create content for social media platforms
    • Maintain and update sales and marketing documentation
    • Develop and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support product advocacy
    Others
    • Take on additional assignments or tasks as required



Qualification:


  • Fluent in English communication (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing).
  • Must hold bachelor’s degree in health-related sciences (e.g., Nurse, Biomedical Engineering,
    Pharmacy, Medical Technology).
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in the hospital channel, is an advantage.
  • Effective multitasking, fast learner, and willing to take up new assignments.
  • Work experience in the same capacity in medical device industry will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in using MS office, Photoshop and/or Illustrator will be an advantage.
  • Proactive, strategic, resilient and result oriented.
  • Customer oriented and people oriented.
  • Able to travel nationwide and overseas as required.
