About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote and expand our innovative AI Mattress solutions within the healthcare and hospitality sectors. The successful candidate will develop business opportunities with hotels, hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hotel, healthcare, and medical sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, doctors, healthcare professionals, hotel operators, and procurement teams.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales proposals.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience dealing with hospitals, healthcare institutions, medical professionals, or hotels is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Possess own transport (preferred).
• Proficient in English; Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
