Business Development Executive

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services and software solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Perform lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Qualify prospects and understand client business and technical requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Present company offerings and coordinate product demos with technical teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales follow\-ups.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM and manage the sales pipeline.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Build and nurture long\-term relationships with clients and partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Graduate/Postgraduate: B.Com / BBA / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Freshers welcome (0\u20132 years experience in sales or IT services is a plus)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Interest in IT consulting, software solutions, and technology sales<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and eager to learn<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to work in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
