We are looking for a\n motivated <\/span> <\/span> Business Development Executive<\/span> <\/span> <\/b> to join our growing\n SaaS consulting team. The role focuses on engaging with inbound\n prospects, understanding their business requirements,\n demonstrating Zoho applications, and assisting in closing deals.<\/span>

The candidate will work\n closely with prospects and internal teams to identify business\n challenges and propose suitable solutions using the Zoho\n ecosystem. This role involves a mix of <\/span> <\/span> sales, client\n consultation, and requirement documentation<\/span> <\/span> <\/b> .<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>

\u2022 Engage with inbound\n leads and understand their business requirements<\/span>

\u2022 Create and maintain\n lead records and deal stages in the CRM system<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Conduct discovery\n calls with prospects to understand workflows and challenges<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Schedule and conduct\n product demos for Zoho applications<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Document business\n requirements and prepare initial scope or requirement notes<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Coordinate with\n internal technical teams for solution discussions and feasibility<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Maintain regular\n follow\-ups with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Support preparation\n of solution proposals, BRD summaries, and scope documentation<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Track sales progress\n and maintain accurate CRM updates<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Manage communication\n with prospects and ensure timely responses<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
\u2022 Work towards closing\n opportunities in coordination with the senior sales team<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or\n related field
\u2022 0\u20131 year experience in sales, business development, or\n client\-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
\u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\u2022 Ability to understand business processes and translate them\n into software requirements
\u2022 Basic understanding of CRM systems or SaaS tools is preferred
\u2022 Comfortable conducting online meetings and product demonstrations
\u2022 Strong follow\-up discipline and organizational ski\u200blls
\u2022 Good written and spoken communication in <\/span><\/span>English and\n Hindi<\/span><\/span><\/b> (additional languages are a plus)
\u2022 Willingness to learn business software and consultative\n selling techniques\u200b<\/span><\/span><\/div><\/span>
