Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the first interaction with prospective clients on behalf of WebBee.

  • Understand client business requirements and identify their key challenges.
    <\/li>
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present company presentations professionally.
    <\/li>
  • Explain how WebBees solutions can address and solve client business needs.
    <\/li>
  • Position WebBee as the best\-fit solution for prospective customers.
    <\/li>
  • Represent the company professionally during online and offline client meetings.
    <\/li>
  • Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements for internal teams.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
    <\/li>
  • Follow up with prospects, address their queries, and maintain strong relationships.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, requirements, and feedback.
    <\/li>
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure customer expectations are understood and met.
    <\/li>
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
    <\/li>
  • Support leads to qualifications and opportunity discovery through meaningful client conversations.

    • Flexibility to coordinate with international clients across different time zones is essential.

    • Willingness to adjust work schedules when required to support business operations, client meetings, product demonstrations, and project discussions.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

      • 2\-4 years of experience in a corporate environment.
        <\/li>
      • Experience in client interaction, product demonstrations, customer success, pre\-sales, or business development will be an advantage.
