Business Development Executive

Position\nOverview: <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

The Business\nDevelopment Executive<\/b> will be responsible for driving lead generation,\noutreach, and relationship development with healthcare organizations\u2014especially\nfocusing on payers, providers, and managed care entities<\/b>. This role\nrequires strong communication skills, research ability, and persistence in\nidentifying and nurturing opportunities that align with SHAI\u2019s growth strategy.<\/span>

Key\nResponsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Identify and research\n potential clients in the payer, provider, and TPA segments<\/b>.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Initiate outbound\n communication via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking\n platforms<\/b>.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support end\-to\-end sales\n process\u2014prospecting, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and assisting\n in proposal development.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with senior BD\n team members to develop customized presentations and proposals.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain CRM entries, update\n lead status, and prepare weekly reports on outreach performance.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Assist in post\-meeting\n follow\-ups, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Track industry updates, payer\n initiatives, and healthcare market trends to identify business\n opportunities.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Represent SHAI professionally\n in client interactions, events, and virtual meetings.<\/span>

    Preferred\nQualifications:<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Experience in healthcare BPO,\n payer\-provider coordination, or clinical operations.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Comfortable working with\n senior executives and C\-level stakeholders in the healthcare sector.<\/span>

      Required\nQualifications:<\/span><\/b><\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Bachelor\u2019s degree in business,\n Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.<\/span><\/b>
        <\/li>
      • 1\u20134 years of experience\n in business development, inside sales, or lead generation<\/b>,\n preferably in the healthcare domain.<\/span><\/b>
        <\/li>
      • Strong communication and\n interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and presentation).<\/span><\/b>
        <\/li>
      • Familiarity with U.S.\n healthcare landscape\u2014especially payers, RCM \u2014is a plus.<\/span><\/b>
        <\/li>
      • Ability to multitask, stay\n organized, and work independently in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span><\/b>
        <\/li>
      • Proficiency with CRM tools,\n LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office.<\/span><\/b>
