Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Building and Nurturing Relationships<\/b>:\nDevelop and maintain strong connections with corporate and government clients\nto support the organization\u2019s objectives.
<\/p>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proposal Development and Presentations<\/b>:\nCraft customized proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to potential\nclients.
<\/p>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Funding Opportunity Identification<\/b>:\nMonitor donor platforms to spot new funding opportunities.
<\/p>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Donor Database Management<\/b>: Maintain an\naccurate and comprehensive database of local and national donor organizations.
<\/p>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Expanding Partnerships<\/b>: Strengthen\nrelationships with existing clients while exploring new prospects.

o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Fieldwork<\/b>: Travel within or outside the\ndistrict to meet clients and foster relationships.

What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/b>
<\/p>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Education: <\/b>MBA/PGDM/Graduate in Sales or related fields. BSW/MSW candidates with CSR\nfundraising experience are encouraged to apply.
<\/p>

o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience: <\/b>Preference for candidates\nwith backgrounds in B2B Sales, CSR Fundraising, or institutional sales.
<\/p>

Skills<\/b>:
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven corporate client management experience.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>CRM tool proficiency is a plus.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent communication, presentation, and\ninterpersonal abilities.
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Added advantage: experience in government\nliaising, fundraising, or development sectors.
