Job summary: <\/b>

A techno\-commercial role responsible for establishing and nurturing global customer relationships. The Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer requirements with technical and production capabilities, ensuring long\-term business success and customer satisfaction. This role offers a comprehensive opportunity to lead end\-to\-end project execution.

Requirements<\/b>

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>RFQ management<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Reviewing the drawings<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Getting quotes from the supplier end<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Work with ERP for the internal entries<\/span>
<\/p>
2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive internal project execution aligned with customer expectations, maintaining consistent communication and updates.<\/span>
<\/p>
3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare accurate cost estimations for CNC\-machined parts across various materials and production volumes.<\/span>
<\/p>
4. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>Utilize the existing supplier base and identify new suppliers to support RFQ requirements and enhance competitiveness.<\/span>
<\/p>
5. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure quick turnaround on self\-generated estimates, supplier quotations, and customer submissions.<\/span>
<\/p>
6. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead end\-to\-end project management for new sample development, coordination with cross\-functional teams<\/span>
<\/p>
7. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Liaise with freight forwarders and customs to manage international shipments efficiently.<\/span>

Education & Experience:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Education: <\/span><\/span><\/b>Bachelor\u2019s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from recognized institutions such as GTTC / NTTF.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>Experience: <\/span><\/span><\/b>Fresher or 1\-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, preferably in precision machining or process development.<\/span>

Preferred Certifications (Added Advantage):<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>i. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) \u2013 by APICS/ASCM, for end\-to\-end supply chain and customer handling knowledge.<\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/span>ii. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span>Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) \u2013 for process improvement, quality, and data\-driven decision\-making.<\/span>

Design Software Proficiency: Skilled in using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo) to convert 3D models into 2D drawings and vice versa for manufacturing applications.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
