Designed to meet the diverse medical needs of\ncommunities in Jakkur, Hebbal, Hennur, Yelahanka, and beyond, this state\-of\-the\-art\nclinic ensures patient\-centered care and a seamless healthcare experience.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b> Position Brief:<\/span><\/b> Objective of the Position:<\/span><\/b> Under the overall guidance\nof COO and in close coordination with the Business Development Team and\nOperations Team at the clinic, the Executive \u2013 Business Development will be\nresponsible for revenue and visibility of the business unit. <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/u> Key Areas of Responsibility<\/span><\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>The candidate will be\nresponsible for all sales and marketing functions (b2b; b2c and b2b2c) of the business\nunit in the assigned territory;<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Organize hyperlocal\nmarketing activities in the assigned territory;<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Plan and implement\npromotional campaigns and analyse the impact of each campaign in order to\nimprove the return on investment;<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Create, nurture and build\nclose associations with authorities/officials in the communities including\nthose with whom the business unit already has a tie\-up;<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Create, nurture and\nstrengthen the cooperation with institutions (sports arenas, sports\nfederations, corporates and educational institutions);<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify potential new\nbusiness opportunities;<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support\nthe Digital Marketing and Lead Generation team in generating and qualifying\nquality leads;<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Providing\nsupport in developing proposals, presentations and other marketing collaterals;<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide support for developing channel partners in the\nassigned territories;<\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide input for website\ncontent as and when requested;<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Participate in industry\nconferences and seminars to grow the professional network; <\/span><\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide\nsupport in maintaining an all time active Sales Funnel while also\nsystematically analyzing win & loss deals, expectations, customer\nsatisfaction, customer loyalty, market, competition and trends;<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Consolidate\ninformation about market trends, competitor\u2019s sales practices and potential\nprojects;<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop\ncommunications that support the Leadership interactions with clients and\nprospects, including general and targeted communications, concept notes,\nproposals, presentations and reports, from drafts through to final line\-editing\nand formatting of finalized material;<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain\nan up\-to\-date knowledge of company strategic objectives, product offerings,\nplatform/system enhancements, and any industry, legislative, or regulatory\nchanges that may impact the company portfolio of products and services;<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work\nclosely with external agencies, if required, and assisting with new product\nlaunches;<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain\neffective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions\nare kept informed of marketing objectives;<\/span> · <\/span><\/span><\/span>Remain\nthe SPOC for all client interactions including any queries and grievances.\nCooperate with the Clinic Administrator to resolve issues.
