<\/p>The Business Development Executive will support client acquisition,\nonboarding, and relationship management activities, with a focus on lower\u2011income\nemployee payroll solutions. The role is execution\u2011focused and suitable for a\njunior professional with hands\u2011on experience in financial services or exchange\nhouses. It is an external sales role focused on acquiring new companies through\nclient meetings, enhancing engagement, and winning mandates.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/p>Business Development & Sales<\/span><\/b><\/span>
<\/p>- Acquire new corporate clients, particularly companies using WPS\n for payroll distribution and processing <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Assist in\n achieving assigned sales and onboarding targets<\/span>
<\/li>- Source and\n follow up on leads to maintain an active sales pipeline<\/span>
<\/li>- Support\n sales presentations, client meetings, and roadshows as required<\/span>
<\/li>- Build and\n maintain relationships with clients to increase usage and retention<\/span>
<\/li>- Collect\n and share client feedback to support product and service improvements<\/span>
<\/li>- Act as a\n brand ambassador for myZoi in the assigned territory<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Client Onboarding & Process Support<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Support\n smooth and timely onboarding of clients<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure\n completeness and accuracy of onboarding and KYC documents<\/span>
<\/li>- Coordinate\n with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Product) for onboarding and\n issue resolution<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure all\n customer documents are handled confidentially and as per company policy<\/span>
<\/li>- Follow\n approved timelines for submission of forms and documents<\/span>
<\/li>- Support\n due diligence requirements related to CDD and AML<\/b>, as per\n compliance policies<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Process & Reporting<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Update\n sales pipeline, MI, and reports within required timelines<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain\n basic client and prospect databases<\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure\n timely submission of sales and activity reports<\/span>
<\/li>- Escalate\n client or process\-related issues to the relevant teams when required<\/span>

<\/p>- Demonstrate\n a willingness to learn sales processes, fintech products, and regulatory\n basics<\/span>
<\/li>- Improve\n communication, relationship management, and time management skills<\/span>
<\/li>- Stay\n updated on basic trends in fintech, payroll, and financial services<\/span>

<\/p>- Follow\n company policies related to AML, CDD, and customer onboarding<\/span>
<\/li>- Exercise\n due care and diligence in daily sales and onboarding activities<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintain zero\n tolerance<\/b> for fraud or mis\-selling<\/span>
<\/li>- Escalate\n any identified risks or concerns promptly<\/span>

<\/p>Key Requirements<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- 2\u20133 years\n of experience<\/span><\/b> in:<\/span>
<\/li>- Exchange\n houses experience, payroll fintec, WPS services, payroll solutions, payroll\n processing and financial services (preferred<\/b>)<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>- Experience\n working with WPS / salary processing clients<\/b> is a strong advantage<\/span>
<\/li>- Familiarity\n with onboarding documentation and compliance basics<\/span>
<\/li>- UAE\n Driving License (mandatory) & car <\/span><\/b>
<\/li>- Prefer\n candidates based in or familiar with the Northern Emirates<\/b><\/span>
<\/li>- Good\n communication and interpersonal skills<\/span>
