<\/p><\/span>We are looking for Business Development Executives (BDEs) who have a passion for sales and the drive to grow with us. If you love connecting with people, building relationships, and closing deals\u2014this is your stage!

<\/p><\/span>Key responsibilities:
<\/p><\/span>1. Work on being a part of the sales team, meet (offline/online) prospective clients like apartment association (president, secretary), builders, corporate procurement heads, and give a presentation about our product & services and understand their needs and expectations
<\/p><\/span>2. Prepare and submit a proposal, follow up with clients, and close deals successfully
<\/p><\/span>3. Prepare contract agreement, review, and get sign\-off from customers
<\/p><\/span>4. Generate leads and cold call prospective customers for an appointment
<\/p><\/span>5. Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
<\/p><\/span>
<\/p><\/span>Who can apply
<\/p><\/span>1. Passion for sales, willing to work in a Startup environment
<\/p><\/span>2. Candidate with a minimum 1 year of sales experience or freshers passion for sales
<\/p><\/span>3. Someone with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
<\/p><\/span>4. Bachelor's degree and above
<\/p><\/span>6. 10 to 20% travel along with the team and present about the product/services to clients
