    THE OPPORTUNITY<\/b>

    We are seeking a <\/span>Business Development Executive (BDE)<\/b> <\/span>to <\/span>identify new business opportunities, engage with enterprise clients, and drive revenue growth<\/b>.
    <\/p>

    This role is ideal for professionals with <\/span>B2B SaaS or AI/Tech sales experience<\/b> <\/span>who can generate pipeline, foster strategic relationships, and <\/span>contribute directly to XenonStack\u2019s category leadership in Agentic AI<\/b>.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>
    <\/h3>
    • Prospecting & Lead Generation<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Research, identify, and engage potential clients in <\/span>BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, and Enterprise Tech<\/b>sectors.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Use outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound leads to build a qualified pipeline.
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

      • Client Engagement & Relationship Building<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and product walkthroughs with senior stakeholders.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Understand customer pain points and align XenonStack\u2019s <\/span>AI + Data solutions<\/b> <\/span>to business outcomes.
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • Solution\-Oriented Selling<\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Position XenonStack\u2019s <\/span>Agentic AI, Vision AI, and Inference Infrastructure<\/b> <\/span>as enablers of digital transformation.

          • Work with sales engineers and product teams to craft tailored proposals.

          • Sales Cycle Support<\/b>
            <\/p>

            • Assist in proposal creation, RFP responses, and commercial discussions.

            • Support Account Executives in closing enterprise deals while carrying personal lead conversion targets.

            • Market Insights<\/b>

              • Gather intelligence on competitors, trends, and client needs.

              • Share insights with marketing and product teams to refine GTM strategies.

                  SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/b>

                  Must\-Have<\/b>
                  <\/p>

                  • 2\u20134 years in <\/span>B2B Business Development, SaaS, or Enterprise Tech sales<\/b>.
                    <\/p><\/li>

                  • Proven ability to <\/span>generate pipeline and convert leads into opportunities<\/b>.
                    <\/p><\/li>

                  • Excellent <\/span>verbal and written communication skills<\/b>, including client presentations.
                    <\/p><\/li>

                  • Familiarity with <\/span>CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)<\/b> <\/span>and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach).
                    <\/p><\/li>

                  • Strong understanding of <\/span>consultative/solution selling approaches<\/b>.
                    <\/p><\/li>

                  • Self\-motivated with a <\/span>quota\-driven mindset<\/b> <\/span>and ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment.
