Key Responsibilities:<\/b>

  • Lead Generation:<\/b><\/span> Identify and research potential clients across industries, including startups, SMEs, and enterprises.

  • Prospecting:<\/b><\/span> Initiate outbound communication via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp<\/b><\/span> to engage potential clients.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Lead Qualification:<\/b><\/span> Screen and qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ZipNom\u2019s services and client requirements.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Meeting Coordination:<\/b><\/span> Schedule meetings and demos for Sales Executives or the Head of Sales.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • CRM Management:<\/b><\/span> Maintain and update client and lead information accurately in CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Market Research:<\/b><\/span> Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to support sales strategy.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Collaboration:<\/b><\/span> Work closely with Sales Executives, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client engagement.
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Reporting:<\/b><\/span> Provide regular reports on leads, prospecting activity, and pipeline status.
