Business Development
You will secure and grow partnerships for existing and new products, defining outbound partnership strategies and owning the full sales cycle from lead to close for pre-launch and post-launch protocols. You will run high-volume outbound campaigns, structure and negotiate initial partnership agreements, nurture opportunities across stakeholders, and work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance to validate and position offerings within targeted verticals. You will contribute to improving Growth systems to scale sales and prioritize opportunities to meet on-target objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and develop outbound partnership strategies for existing and new products
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for pre-launch and post-launch protocols
- Improve Growth team systems to scale the sales process
- Nurture opportunities across key stakeholders
- Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance teams to validate and optimally position offerings within targeted verticals
Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience with 2+ years in partnerships business development or sales at a technology company or financial institution
- Experience managing and executing high-volume outbound lead generation campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in structuring and negotiating initial partnership agreements
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance teams
- High-level knowledge of crypto and DeFi with the ability to explain DeFi concepts to non crypto-native audiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Bonus: Fluency in a second language such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French
- Bonus: Experience using Solana and Solana DeFi protocols
- Bonus: Strong network of Fintechs, Exchanges, Wallets, or similar
