Business Development & Health Screening Executive
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a commercially driven, service-oriented individual to join our team in a unique hybrid Business Development and Client Servicing role. This role combines corporate partnership development, pipeline and KPI management, and hands-on support for individual health screening clients through frontline service delivery.
You will be responsible for driving business development for the health screening program while maintaining a hands-on involvement in service delivery, including but not limited to the following:-
1. Business Development & Corporate Partnerships
· Support and drive the development and execution of corporate partnerships and strategic initiatives
· Pursue new B2B opportunities(corporates partners)
· Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
· Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners
· Track and manage the client and partnership pipeline — leads, conversions, and progress
· Support onboarding and implementation of new corporate clients and partners
2. Proposals, Presentations & Tenders
· Develop client proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch materials
· Assist in reviewing and preparing agreements (service agreements, MOUs)
· Work with internal and external stakeholders to align commercial and operational terms
· Translate business concepts in to clear, structured, and compelling materials
3. Health Screening Client Servicing
· Deliver personalised, high-touch service to health screening clients
· Coordinate patient flow, scheduling, and on-site arrangements as needed
· Act as a point of contact for client enquiries, coordination, and follow-ups
· Handle operational issues and perform on-the-spot problem solving during screening delivery
4. Stakeholder Coordination & Execution
· Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery
· Coordinate with external stakeholders including partners, insurers, and service providers
· Follow through on timelines, deliverables, and key action items across workstreams
Core Competencies
· Strong written and verbal communication; confident in both client-facing and partner-facing settings
· Bilingual (English + Mandarin)preferred — to support corporate and individual clients
· Commercial acumen paired with a consultative, customer-first mindset
· Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic CRM tools
· Comfortable reviewing legal documents and aligning stakeholders
· Meticulous and strong attention to detail
· Presentable and professional in premium / VIP / HNW client settings
· Able to manage multiple workstreams and perform under pressure
Qualifications &Experience
· Diploma / Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields
· 2–5 years of in healthcare, business development, sales, client/account relationship management, or similar roles
· Exposure to proposals, tenders, or contract-related work is an advantage
· Experience in insurance, wellness, or corporate services is a plus
· Experience handling premium / VIP /HNW clients is an advantage
· Salary commensurate with experience
