We are hiring energetic, ambitious and ownership\-driven\nSales & Growth Interns to contribute to our beverage brand\u2019s expansion\nacross on\-ground activations, lead generation, and direct consumer engagement.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

We are looking to hire 4 interns who will work closely with\nthe core team to drive brand visibility, build meaningful consumer connections,\nand support overall growth through both field execution and structured sales\nefforts.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>

1. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Explain\nproduct features, benefits, and value proposition clearly and confidently<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

2. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Engage\nand build strong relationships with consumer<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

3. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support\nexecution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

4. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive\nproduct trials at event<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

5. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Convert\ninterest into D2C purchases<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

6. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Collect\nstructured consumer insights and feedback<\/span><\/span>

7. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Build\nand maintain a structured database of prospects and D2C repeat\nconversion opportunities<\/span><\/span>

8. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Generate\nqualified leads through interactions, outreach, and networking<\/span><\/span>

9. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support\nin planning and executing a monthly calendar of brand and growth activities<\/span><\/span>

10. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Track\ndaily and weekly growth activities and maintain performance reports<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

11. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyse\nperformance metrics and suggest improvements<\/span><\/span>

12. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist\nin competitor research and market mapping<\/span><\/span>
