Business Development Manager (12-Month Contract)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and commercially savvy Business Development Manager to support growth across the Vietnam and Philippines markets. This role is ideal for someone with a mix of business development expertise and culinary or foodservice industry experience.

You will play a key role in expanding market presence, strengthening partner networks, and driving adoption of innovative cooking solutions. This position collaborates closely with internal sales teams and corporate chefs to deliver impactful customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth and market expansion across Vietnam and the Philippines
  • Promote products through live cooking demonstrations and events
  • Identify, develop, and grow new customer accounts across foodservice and commercial segments
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with partners, dealers, consultants, and designers
  • Establish and leverage referral networks to generate new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow the regional sales pipeline by pursuing existing and new opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with growth targets
  • Prepare business plans, forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and business meetings
  • Support both pre- and post-sales activities, including customer visits and training
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience within Vietnam and/or Philippines markets
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth targets
  • Experience in the foodservice industry or a culinary background is advantageous
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Culinary Arts, or equivalent practical experience
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience in planning, forecasting, and budget management
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Open to travelling abroad for work
