Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development & Market Expansion<\/b><\/div>
- Develop and execute targeted business development strategies to drive enterprise sales and expand AMI\u2019s footprint across key markets
<\/li><\/ul>- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, institutional, and development sectors
<\/li><\/ul>- Continuously assess market trends, client needs, and competitive positioning to inform go\-to\-market strategies
<\/li><\/ul>Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement<\/b>
<\/div>- Build and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, development organizations, and ecosystem stakeholders
<\/li><\/ul>- Establish and nurture relationships with senior decision\-makers, including C\-suite and executive leadership teams
<\/li><\/ul>- Position AMI as a trusted partner in delivering impactful learning and development solutions
<\/li><\/ul>Sales Execution & Deal Closure<\/b>
<\/div>- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to proposal development, negotiation, and closing
<\/li><\/ul>- Deliver high\-quality presentations and tailored proposals aligned to client needs
<\/li><\/ul>- Drive deal conversion and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
<\/li><\/ul>Client Relationship Management & Growth<\/b>
<\/div>- Develop and maintain strong, long\-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
<\/li><\/ul>- Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross\-selling of AMI solutions
<\/li><\/ul>- Work closely with program teams to ensure successful delivery and client outcomes
<\/li><\/ul>Cross\-Functional Collaboration<\/b>
<\/div>- Partner with marketing, program and operations teams to align on client acquisition and delivery strategies
<\/li><\/ul>- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, tools, and best practices
<\/li><\/ul>- Share market insights and client feedback to inform product development and positioning.
<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field<\/span><\/span>
<\/li><\/div>- Minimum of 4+ years\u2019 experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B/enterprise sales<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Proven experience operating in fast\-paced, high\-growth or entrepreneurial environments<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Demonstrated experience in B2B business development with a strong track record of driving revenue growth<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Proven ability to engage, influence, and sell to senior stakeholders, including CEOs and executive leadership teams<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Track record of successfully closing mid\- to high\-value deals (USD 7,800+)<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Strong client relationship management experience, with the ability to build and sustain long\-term partnerships<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- High level of commercial acumen, including pipeline management, opportunity prioritization, and deal structuring<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive results<\/span><\/span>
