This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Manager – APAC PRINCE2 based in India.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic sales, international market development, and partner ecosystem growth across the APAC region. You will be responsible for driving business expansion by building strong relationships with key decision-makers in training organizations, enterprises, universities, and government bodies. Operating across multiple countries, you will shape regional go-to-market execution while adapting strategies to diverse cultural and commercial environments. The position requires a highly consultative and structured sales approach, with a strong focus on pipeline generation, partnerships, and long-term account development. You will collaborate closely with global marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence. Accountabilities

You will be responsible for developing and executing regional business development strategies across the APAC market, with a strong focus on growth, partnerships, and revenue generation. In paragraph format, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with global internal teams including marketing, product, and support to ensure seamless delivery and alignment.
  • Representing the organization at regional events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence.
  • Monitoring performance metrics, reporting results, and continuously optimizing sales strategy for ROI improvement.
  • Requirements

    This role requires strong international business development expertise combined with consultative selling capabilities across diverse APAC markets. In paragraph format, your profile should include:

    • 5–8 years of experience in business development, ideally across APAC or multi-country regional markets.
    • A postgraduate degree in IT, Business Administration, or an MBA is required.
    • Strong experience in B2B sales, channel development, partnerships, and consultative solution selling.
    • Exposure to education, certification, consulting, or IT services industries is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with PRINCE2 or similar certification frameworks is an advantage.
    • Strong CRM experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or similar tools) and advanced computer literacy.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across multicultural environments.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage pipelines, forecast performance, and drive results.
    • High proficiency in English (advanced level required; C2-level certification is a plus).
    • Self-driven, autonomous, and comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven international environments.
