Business Development Manager - B2B (BGC)

Overview:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for positioning TRT to prospective clients as the low-risk partner in resolving their IT server storage and networking requirements.

The BDM is responsible to deliver the following:

- Compliance with TRT Policies

- Manage the end-to-end sales process including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI responses, multi-day client workshops, RFP submissions, negotiations, and deal signing.

- Prospecting Activities - BDM will be partnered with a Telesales – Lead Generation Associate dedicated to their region, enhancing the prospecting endeavors. Irrespective of the presence of a designated Telesales – Lead Generation Associate, the BDM holds the accountability for meeting prospecting benchmarks. Each week, the BDM, in collaboration with the designated Telesales – Lead Generation Associate, is expected to accomplish at least one of the subsequent objectives:

  • 8 New Business Meetings
  • 33 Successful Calls
  • 90 Total Calls

-*_Business Development *_- On a monthly and quarterly basis, the BDM is to achieve the following sales and forecasting targets:

  • Achieve monthly forecasting target
  • Achieve quarterly sales target

- Prospective Client Meetings- The BDM is required to follow the below process in the qualification and securing of new clients for TRT's Service Offerings

  • Build rapport thru the buying process
  • Generate interest in TRT Service Offerings
  • Assess prospective client needs. Qualifying which needs client is likely to act on
  • Position TRT Service Offerings to the prospective client needs
  • Successfully address objections of prospective clients may have during the buying process
  • Secure and Qualify business for TRT

- Current Outstanding Sales Orders

  • Rolling YTD QTD and Monthly Sales Revenue VS Monthly Revenue Targets
  • Forecasted Sales Order Pipeline

- Data Integrity - The BDM is to maintain full accuracy of the NetSuite records assigned to that BDM in NetSuite.

  • 100% accuracy in all contact information
  • Full accuracy of all scheduled prospecting and sales activity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
