Responsibilities:<\/b>

  • Take charge of identifying and aggressively pursuing sales opportunities within the UK market, leveraging market trends and demand to drive revenue growth.

  • Spearhead the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
    <\/li>
  • Proactively engage potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic initiatives, showcasing our solutions and value proposition with conviction.
    <\/li>
  • Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and resilience in overcoming objections to secure profitable deals, always maintaining the upper hand in negotiations.

  • Forge strong, enduring relationships with clients and industry partners, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business opportunities.
    <\/li>
  • Stay ahead of the curve by staying informed about industry trends and changes, adapting strategies and approaches accordingly to stay competitive.

    Requirements:<\/b>

    • A proven track record of success in a high\-paced, target\-driven sales environment, within the <\/span>IT services/staffing industry<\/b>
      <\/li>
    • Demonstrable experience in creating and nurturing strong relationships in the target enterprise markets
      <\/li>
    • A relentless <\/span>hunter mentality<\/b>, with a hunger for achieving and surpassing sales targets through proactive prospecting and strategic selling
      <\/li>
    • Minimum 3 years of experience<\/b> <\/span>in sales, demonstrating a consistent ability to deliver results and drive revenue growth
      <\/li>
    • Entrepreneurial mindset,<\/b> <\/span>with a passion for seizing opportunities, overcoming challenges, and making an impact
