Business Development Manager Blockchain and DeFi Ecosystem

You will identify and grow new revenue streams and prioritise blockchains, protocols and applications that unlock customer value. You will create and scope solutions that build on core offerings and partner integrations, work with product and sales to test market demand, and structure and implement partnerships. You will coordinate with legal, finance and operations to operationalize solutions, devise and deliver go-to-market plans with marketing and sales, set and track revenue targets, represent the company externally at events and webinars, and maintain a strong industry network while providing market insights.

  • Represent the company externally as a subject matter expert at events and webinars
  • Develop and maintain a strong industry network
  • Support corporate development with market insights

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in crypto or venture capital with a focus on DeFi
  • Deep enthusiasm for blockchain and DeFi
  • Strong network in the crypto industry and track record of driving revenue opportunities
  • Strong financial background and proven commercial experience including building revenue and profit models
  • History of influencing and communicating effectively with senior executives and stakeholders
  • Creative problem solving and entrepreneurial approach to identifying business opportunities
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced high ambiguity environments with limited guidance
  • Collaborative strategic and low ego mindset driven by intellectual curiosity
