Business Development Manager, Blockchain and DeFi Ecosystem
You will identify and grow new revenue streams focused on decentralized finance (DeFi) use cases globally. You will prioritise blockchains, protocols and applications that support customers, create and develop solutions with product and sales, and structure partnerships to deliver complete client offerings. You will coordinate with legal, finance and operations to build robust solutions, work with marketing and sales to devise and execute go-to-market strategies, represent the company externally at events and webinars, maintain and expand your industry network, and be responsible for setting, tracking and meeting a revenue target.

- Identify and prioritise new blockchains protocols and applications
- Create solutions that build on the core offering and partner ecosystem
- Work with product teams to develop solutions and with sales to test market demand
- Identify structure and implement new partnerships
- Coordinate with legal finance and operations to build robust solutions
- Devise and deliver go-to-market strategy with marketing and sales
- Set track and meet revenue targets
- Represent externally as a subject matter expert at events and webinars
- Develop and maintain a strong industry network
- Support corporate development with market insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in crypto or venture capital with a focus on DeFi
- Deep enthusiasm for blockchain DeFi and digital asset industry
- Strong network in the crypto industry and track record of leveraging relationships to drive revenue
- Strong financial background and proven commercial experience including building business cases with revenue and profit models
- History of influencing and communicating effectively with senior executives and collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation
- Creative problem solving and entrepreneurial approach to identifying business opportunities
- Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced high ambiguity environments with initiative and adaptability
- Collaborative strategic low ego mindset driven by intellectual curiosity
