BLUEROCK Residences is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, secure strategic partnerships, expand our corporate client base, and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, corporate sales, hospitality, or real estate, with strong commercial acumen and a consistent ability to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and increase occupancy.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, relocation firms, and government clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
* Represent BLUEROCK Residences at networking events and industry engagements.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience and service delivery.
* Prepare regular sales, pipeline, and performance reports.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, corporate sales, hospitality, real estate, or a related industry.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
* Existing network within the corporate, hospitality, or real estate sector is an advantage.
