BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Sales & Brand Manager(Premium Home Appliances)
Your Role
You will take full ownership of sales performance, brand development, and market presence, driving growth across both offline channels and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies across retail, project, and distribution channels
- Identify and secure new opportunities within the premium segment
Brand & Marketing Leadership
- Establish and position the brand in Singapore, highlighting its innovation and design excellence
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, launches, and activations
- Ensure strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
E-commerce & Digital Presence
- Drive e-commerce strategy and online sales growth across platforms
- Manage online presence including website and marketplaces
- Lead social media branding, content direction, and engagement strategy
Network Expansion
- Leverage existing distributor networks while building new partnerships
- Develop relationships with architects, designers, developers, and premium retailers
Execution & Problem Solving
- Act quickly and responsively to opportunities and challenges
- Apply creative thinking to overcome obstacles and unlock growth
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who brings not just experience, but energy, ownership, and a genuine passion for building something meaningful:
- Proven experience in sales, brand management, or business development, ideally in premium or lifestyle categories
- Strong track record in both commercial execution and brand building
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and social media branding
- Demonstrated ability to build or grow brands in new or developing markets
