Business Development Manager DACH – Software Solutions (f/m/d)

At Dennemeyer, we help the world's most innovative companies protect and manage their Intellectual Property. To support the continued growth of our Software Solutions business, we are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across the DACH region.

Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Dennemeyer Software Solutions in the DACH region.

  • Identify, engage, and acquire new customers.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities.

  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and software demonstrations.

  • Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management teams to identify cross-selling opportunities.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Work closely with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation activities.

  • Represent Dennemeyer at industry events and conferences.

  • Monitor market trends and provide business insights.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Law, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, software, technology, SaaS, or Intellectual Property.

  • Proven success in new business acquisition and consultative selling.

  • Strong hunter mentality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

  • Fluent German and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
