Lead negotiations and close deals that contribute to our strategic goals.<\/span>

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on market needs and promotional strategies.<\/span>

Provide insights into market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.<\/span>

Represent Wonder Group at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events.<\/span>

Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>

Proven experience in business development, preferably in the hospitality, events, or wedding industry.<\/span>

Strong track record of driving growth and expanding business into new markets.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a willingness to travel internationally.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.<\/span>
