Business Development Manager

The Marketing & Sales Manager at LIVXS is responsible for building the brand\u2019s visibility, managing inbound and referral leads, and making sure no opportunity goes cold. You don\u2019t need to <\/span><\/span>run<\/span><\/span><\/i> digital ads, but you\u2019ll supervise marketing partners, manage team efforts, and handle follow\-ups that bring great deals. 1. Brand Presence<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>

  • Represent LIVXS across all key Social Media and wedding platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain a clean, premium, and current <\/span><\/span>digital and physical presence<\/span><\/span><\/b> of the brand\u2014your job is to ensure LIVXS always looks sharp and inline with brand guidelines. .<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Work with PR opportunities: get us featured, tagged, or talked about in the right places.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    2. Handling Marketing Strategies<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Supervise the execution of ongoing ad campaigns by our digital partners\u2014<\/span><\/span>you approve, guide, and redirect as needed<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Collaborate with the <\/span><\/span>Social Media Manager, Designer, and Video Editor<\/span><\/span><\/b> to plan brand\-aligned content and promotions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Coordinate coupon campaigns, festive offers, influencer tie\-ups, and cross\-promotion ideas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Keep an eye on performance reports from Meta, Google, and CRM\u2014but focus on actionable insights, not vanity metrics.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      3. Sales Conversion<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/p>

      • Monitor the full <\/span><\/span>lead pipeline in Zoho CRM<\/span><\/span><\/b>\u2014from inquiry to deal closure.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Ensure all <\/span><\/span>lead responses are done within 30 minutes<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and no hot lead gets ignored.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Step in during important pitch calls or high\-ticket conversions to help close deals smoothly.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Assist the sales executive in setting the right tone, sending the right follow\-up, and maintaining professionalism always.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        4. Leads Generation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
        <\/p>

        • Actively build <\/span><\/span>non\-ad\-based lead funnels<\/span><\/span><\/b> through: <\/span><\/span>PR activities B2B networking<\/span><\/span><\/b>, Wedding expos, Vendor referrals, Designer/venue tie\-ups, Influencer shoutouts and community networks<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Identify underused lead sources and pitch new opportunities to CEO/EA for testing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Track <\/span><\/span>where quality leads are coming from<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and optimize our time and budget accordingly.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Tap into <\/span><\/span>wedding vendors, planners, venues, and event expos<\/span><\/span><\/b> for lead pipelines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          5. Team Management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>
          <\/p>

          • Supervise the day\-to\-day output of marketing interns, content creators, and the design team.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Approve captions, designs, reels, storyboards, and platform listings before they go live.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Ensure <\/span><\/span>project trackers on Zoho Projects<\/span><\/span><\/b> are up to date and the team is aligned on weekly tasks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Schedule weekly review calls to ensure we stay ahead of deadlines, ideas, and engagement goals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

            Requirements<\/h3>

              Qualifications Preferred<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span>

              • 3\u20135 years in Sales, Marketing, or PR, preferably in weddings, events, or luxury services<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

              • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Strong leadership and people skills\u2014this is a <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>hands\-on manager role<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span>
