Business Development Manager - Germany
The incumbent will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding business opportunities across the EMEA region, enhancing the client portfolios and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities in the EMEA region and turn them into actionable portfolios and steps through close partnership with the Europe trading teams.
- Create and execute achievable roadmaps for business expansion and client diversification.
- Initiate outreach to new revenue sources and introduce service to increase revenue.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and gather intelligence to shape effective sales strategies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders for business development.
- Support ad hoc projects and related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Work experience: minimum of 6 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Product knowledge: Commodity knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and strong business acumen.
- Self-driven, confident, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Well-organized with ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Fluent in English.
- European languages such as German are preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel internationally regularly to develop and maintain client relationships.
