Business Development Manager - Germany

The incumbent will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding business opportunities across the EMEA region, enhancing the client portfolios and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in the EMEA region and turn them into actionable portfolios and steps through close partnership with the Europe trading teams.
  • Create and execute achievable roadmaps for business expansion and client diversification.
  • Initiate outreach to new revenue sources and introduce service to increase revenue.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and gather intelligence to shape effective sales strategies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders for business development.
  • Support ad hoc projects and related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Work experience: minimum of 6 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Product knowledge: Commodity knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and strong business acumen.
  • Self-driven, confident, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Well-organized with ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Fluent in English.
  • European languages such as German are preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel internationally regularly to develop and maintain client relationships.
