Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

· Develop and execute strategic sales and growth plans

· Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations

· Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively

· Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure alignment

· Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

· 5years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role

· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
