Business Development Manager

We are seeking\nan experienced and result\-driven Business Development Manager<\/b> with a\nstrong background in the Retail Automation Industry<\/b> to drive business\ngrowth across RFID Solutions, Retail Automation, IoT, and Enterprise Technology\nSolutions. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in B2B sales,\nenterprise client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and solution selling\nwithin the retail technology and automation domain.<\/span>

  • Identify,\ndevelop, and generate new business opportunities in Retail Automation, RFID,\nIoT, and Technology Solutions.<\/span>

  • Build and\nmaintain strong relationships with retail brands, corporate clients, channel\npartners, and key decision\-makers.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage the\ncomplete sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement\nto proposal submission and deal closure.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct\nclient meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and solutions\ndiscussions with prospective customers.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Understand\ncustomer business challenges and collaborate with technical teams to provide\ntailored automation solutions.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Drive\nrevenue growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Lead and\nmentor the business development team, ensuring high performance and target\nachievement.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor\nsales pipelines, business opportunities, and team performance through CRM and\nreporting tools.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Explore\nnew markets and industry segments to expand the company\u2019s footprint in the\nretail automation sector.<\/span>

  • Prepare\nbusiness proposals, commercial offers, quotations, and strategic presentations.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage key\naccounts and ensure long\-term customer satisfaction and relationship\nmanagement.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Participate\nin industry exhibitions, retail technology events, conferences, and networking\nactivities.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Track\nmarket trends, competitor activities, emerging retail technologies, and\ncustomer requirements.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 10+ years\nof Business Development and B2B Sales experience in the Retail Automation\nIndustry.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proven\nexperience selling solutions such as RFID, Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL),\nSelf\-Checkout Systems, Retail POS Solutions, IoT Solutions, Smart Retail\nTechnologies, Store Automation, or Loss Prevention\n& Asset Tracking Systems Solutions.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong\nexperience in enterprise sales, client acquisition, account management, and\nstrategic business development.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Demonstrated\nsuccess in handling large retail chains, retail brands, supermarkets,\nhypermarkets, and organized retail clients.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent\ncommunication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong\nunderstanding of retail operations, automation technologies, and digital\ntransformation initiatives.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience\nin team handling, sales leadership, and revenue growth management.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to\ntravel for client meetings, business development activities, and industry\nevents.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Bachelor\u2019s\nDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information\nTechnology, or a related field.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Existing\nnetwork within the Retail, FMCG, Hypermarket, Supermarket, Fashion Retail, or\nSpecialty Retail sectors will be an added advantage (Optional).<\/span>
