  • Sales Strategy & Negotiation: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire clients and negotiate contracts.

  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Pipeline Management: Track leads and opportunities in the CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery to clients.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly in IT staff augmentation or consulting.

  • Proven success in lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.
