Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team! You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the marketing and sales team.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology
  • Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
  • Develop new accounts and maintaining existing ones nationwide
  • Oversee the daily sales operations
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Establish sales goals and metrics
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in marketing, sales, or other related fields
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or related sotware
