Business Development Manager
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships and customer acquisition for our wellness and traditional therapy business in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand revenue streams and market presence.
- Build and manage partnerships with corporate clients, referral partners, community organisations and strategic stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales and business development plans to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activities to support growth strategies.
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to improve promotions, service offerings and customer engagement initiatives.
- Prepare business proposals, partnership presentations and performance reports for management review.
- Support branding, membership development and customer loyalty programmes.
- Monitor business development KPIs and recommend actions to improve commercial performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, sales strategy or partnership development.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop partnerships and support revenue growth.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking.
- Experience in service, retail, healthcare, wellness, hospitality or related sectors will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
