PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, events, and industry contacts. Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers and partners.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts.
- Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Represent the company at meetings, trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development progress. Support account planning and customer retention strategies.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business reporting tools.

- Experience in ESP/Artificial Lift
- Experience managing complex sales cycles or strategic accounts.
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and commercial terms.
- Ability to travel as required.
