Key Objective of this Role:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify\nand pursue new business opportunities in the Partial Truck Load (PTL) segment\nwithin target markets.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop\nand maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics\nneeds and offer tailored 3PL solutions.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaborate\nwith operations and pricing teams to create competitive proposals and pricing\nstrategies.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyze\nmarket trends, customer data, and competitor activities to refine business\ndevelopment strategies.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive\nrevenue growth by converting leads into long\-term contracts and increasing\nwallet share from existing customers.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate\nwith the supply chain and transport teams to ensure service delivery aligns\nwith client expectations.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare\nand deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective\nclients.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Track\nand report key sales metrics, forecasts, and business development performance\nregularly.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Attend\nindustry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the\ncompany\u2019s PTL client base.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure\ncompliance with company policies and industry regulations while negotiating and\nfinalizing contracts.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Skills Required:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong knowledge of PTL operations and 3PL\nlogistics industry

<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven ability in client relationship management\nand sales
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Analytical thinking and market research\ncapabilities
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office\napplications
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent\ncommunication and coordination abilities<\/span><\/span>
