Business Development Manager

  • Own the <\/span><\/span><\/span>entire sales lifecycle<\/span><\/span><\/b> from lead identification and nurturing, to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Collaborate with delivery teams for effort estimates, Solutioning, and documentation. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Maintain and report a <\/span><\/span><\/span>robust sales pipeline<\/span><\/span><\/b>, ensure accurate sales forecasting, and meet quarterly revenue targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Create high\-impact, customized proposals on <\/span><\/span><\/span>Upwork and other marketplaces<\/span><\/span><\/b>, increasing bid\-to\-win ratio. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Manage online profiles (e.g., Upwork, Clutch, GoodFirms) and ensure consistent engagement and visibility. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Optimize bidding strategies based on marketplace trends and buyer behavior.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develop and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with clients across various regions. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Conduct consultative sales calls and follow\-ups to understand project scopes, budgets, and timelines. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 4+ years<\/span><\/span><\/b> of business development experience in the <\/span><\/span><\/span>IT services industry<\/span><\/span><\/b> (custom software, mobile/web apps, ERP/CRM).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong understanding of <\/span><\/span><\/span>Zoho ecosystem<\/span><\/span><\/b> and <\/span><\/span><\/span>Odoo ERP<\/span><\/span><\/b> (both functional and sales perspectives). <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proven experience working with <\/span><\/span><\/span>clients across US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Pan\-Pacific, and Africa<\/span><\/span><\/b>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Align software solutions with client needs in industries such as: Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Insurance & InsurTech, Healthcare & Telemedicine,Logistics & Supply Chain <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent verbal and written <\/span><\/span><\/span>communication<\/span><\/span><\/b>, <\/span><\/span><\/span>presentation<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and <\/span><\/span><\/span>negotiation<\/span><\/span><\/b> skills. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Strong analytical mindset and ability to assess client business objectives to propose tailored solutions. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
