Business Development Manager (Remote)

OVERVIEW

We are looking for motivated and results-driven professionals to join our Business Development team. Whether you're at a junior or senior level, you will play a key role in expanding our network, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting client relationships. You'll help drive growth across various markets, maintain strong collaborations, and contribute directly to the company’s long-term success.


MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Find potential IB (Introducing Broker) partners, clients, and explore new market opportunities.
  • Develop and grow your network and client portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential IB partners.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

Senior Business Developer:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role within the Forex or financial industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage high-value partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, client behavior, and the competitive landscape.


Junior Business Developer:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or within the Forex/financial industry.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the Forex/financial sector.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic with a drive to develop a strong portfolio.


For Both Roles:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable.
