BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for expanding the restaurant’s business by identifying new opportunities, increasing sales, developing partnerships, and improving brand visibility. The role focuses on driving growth, improving customer experience, and increasing overall profitability.

Business Growth

  • Identify new opportunities (corporate clients, catering deals, partnerships).

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and footfall.

  • Conduct market research on customer trends and competitor activities.

Marketing & Branding

  • Plan promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and events.

  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to enhance online presence (social media, delivery apps).

  • Strengthen brand image through PR and networking.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and vendors.

  • Handle VIP customers and feedback to improve service quality.

  • Drive customer loyalty programs.

Operational Support

  • Coordinate with restaurant managers, kitchen teams, and service staff.

  • Suggest improvements in menu, pricing, and service standards.

  • Monitor customer reviews and service scores.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.

  • Assist in budgeting and cost management.
