● Build long term customer relationships and propose solution offerings that

● Formulate strategic business development plans for target markets and ensure

alignment with organization strategic direction.

● Lead negotiation process to achieve desired outcomes.

Business Negotiation

● Manage and direct negotiation policies and develop negotiation limits

● Drive the establishment of the organisation\u2019s negotiation policies and limits

● Set negotiation guidelines to be used during negotiation process

● Evaluate and refine negotiation policies and limits based on negotiation

● Lead the assessment of the market and develop organizational market research

policies and procedures

● Analyze market trends and developments to forecast emerging market needs

needs

● Identify competitors in accordance to evolving business objectives and emerging

● Establish benchmarks in which customer behaviors can be assessed based on

Requirements<\/h3>
QUALIFICATION AND <\/b>

EXPERIENCE<\/b>
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, mass communication
<\/div>
or equivalent.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● MBA/ Relevant professional certification in marketing / Sales will be an added
<\/div>
advantage.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Minimum of 10\-12 years construction, architectural or Real Estate industry
<\/div>
experience.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Has a vast and strong network within the commercial and residential real estate
<\/div>
space.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Has at least 7 years experience working with commercial real estate clients
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Experience using sales tools like LinkedIn Navigator, Close.io...etc to drive
<\/div>
outbound activities.
<\/div>

● Proficiency in converting Spacefinish style inbound leads. (short\-term)

● Experience networking and nurturing long\-term relationships toward conversion.

● A strong track record in identifying partnership deals, and managing those
<\/div>
partnerships.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Proven ability to prepare RFP\u2019s for prospective bids
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Proven record of bringing in revenue of a minimum of N800 Million to over a
<\/div>
Billion Naira.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Proven ability for technical selling and ability to prospect, commercialize and
<\/div>
maintain accounts.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Has experience building sales systems having worked within a structured
<\/div>
environment for one.
<\/div>

<\/div>
● Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate to a variety of
<\/div>
audiences including senior management, customers, and co\-workers.
<\/div>

● Strong technical background and excellent organizational skills.
<\/div>
