Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
- Attend networking events, meetings, and industry activities to expand business opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant business development or sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
