What you’ll own

  • You will drive growth across the Nordic market, connecting businesses to market-leading payment solutions while creating new opportunities that fuel revenue and expansion.
  • Drive consistent pipeline growth by identifying and converting high-value prospects into qualified opportunities that fuel revenue
  • Create new market opportunities across the Nordic region through targeted, insight-led outreach strategies
  • Lead early client engagement by understanding business needs and positioning solutions that deliver measurable value
  • Own pipeline quality and progression, ensuring opportunities move forward with clarity, pace and strong conversion potential
  • Build long-term commercial value by developing trusted relationships with prospective clients from first interaction
  • Strengthen alignment with sales and marketing to accelerate opportunity conversion and maximize business impact

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in business development, sales or lead generation, with a proven ability to build pipeline and drive growth
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with confidence building relationships and influencing client decisions
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn them into measurable outcomes
  • Confidence engaging stakeholders and shaping conversations that lead to action
  • Curiosity to understand client challenges and translate them into impactful solutions
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience in payments or fintech
  • Multichannel outreach experience across digital and events
  • A track record of working in international or multi-market environments
