About the Role
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join the team in Singapore.
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals across the MICE and corporate events space.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
- Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Lead negotiations and close deals effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Proven track record in lead generation and deal closing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in MICE, events, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage
- Exposure to SaaS or technology-driven solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
