Business Development Manager (TIC Industry)
Based in Southern Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across Vietnam and the APAC region to achieve ambitious sales targets through a structured and consultative sales approach.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing your own client portfolio, primarily consisting of companies involved in the import and export of consumer goods across Asia, including promotional products, garments, apparel, toys, and electronics.
- Identifying, prospecting, and nurturing potential clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle, and successfully converting opportunities into business.
- Expanding business with existing clients by promoting additional services, increasing service utilization, and ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions and digital tools, including our online dashboard.
Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience within the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry.
Previous experience leading or supervising a small sales team.
Proven track record in new business development, with the ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and build your own client portfolio.
Strong understanding of product testing and inspection services, as well as international trade and supply chain dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and markets.
Professional proficiency in English.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
