Business Development Manager

  • Build and close a $1M+ annual book of business with high-growth tech companies
  • Lead discovery and sales conversations focused on outcomes
  • Collaborate with product and engineering experts to turn client goals into clear execution paths.
  • Use AI tools and automation to streamline outreach and insights
  • Contribute to brand visibility by engaging in VC/startup events and ecosystem activity
  • Maintain clean pipeline data and bring a mindset of continuous improvement
  • 4+ years of experience in tech consultative sales or talent/recruitment sales
  • Proven ability to self-source and close complex deals
  • Confident working with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Strong grasp of product development and how fast-moving companies scal
  • Highly autonomous, outcome-focused, and energized by growth
  • Experience with modern GTM tooling and AI-powered sales workflows
